Who This Is From

I'm Maya Gobara - somatic practitioner, spiritual guide, and mother of medically complex twins. I help women return to themselves after survival mode through nervous system regulation and sacred practice.

I'm not writing this from the other side of my healing. I'm writing this from the middle of it.

My son just had brain surgery. I had to get a restraining order against my own mother to protect my children. I'm building a business while my nervous system still thinks I'm in danger.
